How to choose an indoor office pod
Choose the pod around the work it needs to support: individual calls, longer desk sessions, one-to-one conversations or small meetings. Then compare capacity, usable dimensions and furniture. This guide helps you build a shortlist; the model comparison page provides the current prices and specifications.
Start with the work that needs a room
List the sessions you need to accommodate: short calls, extended desk work, one-to-one discussion or small meetings. Think about screens, seating, tables and the belongings people bring inside. Choose for the task as well as the number of people.
Compare the single-person formats
Solo has the more compact footprint. Solo Plus offers a wider and deeper single-person format. Compare interior dimensions and furniture layouts for your working day, then check the door and circulation space around the intended position.
Two people. Two different shapes.
Duo and Team both offer two-person formats, but Team is wider and shallower. These shapes work differently on a floor plan. Solo Plus and Duo share an exterior footprint but organise the interior around different furniture and occupancy needs.
Plan the small meeting
Meet is positioned for up to four people and Max for up to six with suitable furniture. Meeting, bar and lounge arrangements change usable space. Explore the layouts in 3D and compare the room around furniture, not just the image.
