Capacity and purpose are different questions
Two of our models seat two people and suit completely different work. Getting this right matters more than the headline number.
Duo has two upholstered corner benches and a shaped shared table. It sits people slightly across from each other, which is the right geometry for an interview, a one-to-one or a conversation where you both need to look at the same screen.
Team has two seats and a central coffee table in a shallower footprint. It is the more informal of the two, and the shallower profile makes it easier to place against a wall where floor depth is tight.
Meet takes up to four on two long sofas with a central table. This is the one most offices actually mean when they say they need a meeting room: client calls, team catch-ups, anything where four people need a door.
Max seats six around a long meeting table, in a conventional boardroom layout. It is a meeting room in the ordinary sense, and the fact that it can be unbolted and moved is the point.
If you are choosing between two sizes, buy for the meeting you actually hold weekly rather than the largest one you can imagine. Oversized pods sit empty and take floor you cannot spare.
Against building the room
The comparison people make is cost, and the comparison that matters is what happens afterwards. A built room is a capital project: landlord consent, a contractor, services and ceiling rework, a disrupted floor, and a making-good obligation when the lease ends. It stays with the building.
A FocusPod is freestanding. Check the selected model's electrical and installation requirements with your building manager, including any landlord or site approvals. If you select installation, its scope and timing are confirmed in your written quote.
We are not going to publish an invented figure for what a contractor would charge you, because that number varies too much to be honest about. Put your own quote into the calculator further down and it will show you the difference against a real project total.
The things people only notice afterwards
A small enclosure with hard parallel surfaces sounds boxy on a video call even when it is acoustically private, which is why the absorbent interior lining matters as much as the insulation. If the pod is for video meetings, that is the specification detail to ask any supplier about.
Ventilation decides whether an hour-long meeting is bearable, and the acoustic figure we quote was measured with the ventilation running rather than switched off, which is not true of every figure you will be shown.
And dimmable lighting with adjustable colour temperature is standard, which matters more than it sounds when four people are on camera together.
Every model, priced
No enquiry needed. Furniture and installation are separate lines so you can see what each part adds.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery and handling, selected installation and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
Plan your pod and furniture budget
Compare pod and standard furniture costs. Delivery, selected installation and any other quote-required options are excluded from this subtotal and confirmed for your site before payment. Final configurations and multi-pod savings are confirmed in the configurator and your complete quote.
We do not guess what a builder would charge you. Put your own quote in and we will show you the difference against ours.

What is included as standard
Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.
See it properly before you decide
Take a look inside. The film below walks through the Solo, the most compact model in the range, and the 3D configurator lets you turn any model around, change the finishes and try the furniture layouts. If you would rather be walked through it, we will do a live video walkthrough of the pod you are considering and answer questions as we go.
Common questions
Which model for four people?
Meet, which seats up to four on two sofas with a central table. If the meetings are usually two people, Duo or Team will serve you better and take less floor.
Is a pod really comparable to a built room?
For calls, catch-ups and client meetings, yes, and it has advantages a built room does not: no approval, no construction, no making good, and it moves with you. For a permanent boardroom in a building you own, a built room may well be the right answer and we would say so.
Can we move them later?
Yes. Freestanding, on levelling feet, not fixed to the structure. They can be dismantled and reassembled at another site.
Does it need electrical work or landlord approval?
No. It plugs into a standard socket and is not fixed to the building, so there is no construction, no consent to obtain and nothing to reinstate.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery: 3–8 weeks. Final timing confirmed in your quote.
Can I see one before I order?
Yes. Turn any model around in the 3D configurator, watch the product films, and if you would like to be walked through it, we will do a live video walkthrough of the pod you are considering. Send us the room dimensions beforehand and we will talk through how it fits.
Are the front and rear both glass?
Yes. Every FocusPod has glass at both the front and rear. Standard glass is clear. Optional PDLC privacy glass can be selected for the front only or for both the front and rear.
Can I move the pod once it is installed?
Yes. Every FocusPod has built-in wheels and adjustable levelling feet. Raise the feet to move the pod on its wheels, then lower and adjust them to level the pod in its new position.
